Open Access

GASF follows a Gold Open Access model, ensuring that all published research is made immediately, permanently, and freely available to a global audience. All articles can be accessed, read, downloaded, used, distributed, and shared without subscription or payment, supporting the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge.

All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the Publisher a non-exclusive license to publish the article and to be identified as the original publisher.

To support the costs associated with open access publishing—including peer review management, editorial processing, production, hosting, archiving, and dissemination—Article Processing Charges (APCs) may apply to certain journals upon acceptance of a manuscript. Details of APC rates and payment methods are available on the respective journal websites.

APCs are charged only after a manuscript has been accepted following peer review. Submission and peer review are free of charge, and no fees are required for rejected manuscripts. Authors are informed of the APC policy prior to submission.

GASF Publisher is committed to supporting equitable access to publishing. Waivers or discounts may be granted in cases of demonstrated financial need or lack of funding support. Further details are provided on individual journal websites.

Editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations. Information regarding APCs is not disclosed to editors or reviewers involved in the peer review process, ensuring that all manuscripts are evaluated solely on their scientific merit.

GASF Publisher is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and integrity in all aspects of open access publishing.
